I am Andy Headworth and have spent all my career working in recruitment, writing about all aspects of talent acquisition, speaking at events around the world and writing a best-selling book on Social Media Recruitment.

I am currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for an enterprise-scale organisation in the UK and am embracing the power of artificial intelligence to challenge our industry norm to improve the recruitment process for everyone.

Some of you will know me from my previous award-winning blog, Sirona Consulting, with my passion for writing and sharing recruitment insights and tips. After a few years away from it I have started writing again, and this website, and its sister website to be launched very soon, are the beginning of a number of blog ventures that I am launching over the coming months - in both recruitment and other subjects.
